  • Returns & Refunds

    Unfortunately, we exclude earrings in the interest of hygiene. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    To request a return, please email us at and if you are eligible for a return, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your item/s. Items sent back to us without our consent will not be refunded.

    We do ask that you return your item/s in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and in its original packaging. We also strongly recommend that you keep proof of postage. We do not provide a pre-paid returns label. The customer is responsible for the payment of postage for the returning item/s.


    If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us and let us know what you require.

    Damaged Goods

    We ask that you inspect your order upon receiving it. Please let us know if your package was damaged or if you have received the wrong item immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and work on correcting it.


    If your return is accepted, your payment will be automatically refunded, and it does take up to 3 – 5 working days to reach your account depending on your bank / payment provider. We will notify you via email once we have inspected your return.

    Free Gifts

    If you received a free gift (ie Buy One Get One Free) you will need to return the “free” gift back, if you return the “bought” item.
