    We can monitor orders by their tracking number and will help you resolve the issue with you. If your order is delayed (for example due to the Royal Mail strikes) we will honour the 7 day  return policy from the date you received it. Unfortunately, once we post out the item, it is no longer legally our responsibility as it has left our hands. It becomes property of the company handling it and the receiver. We ask that you keep us posted so we can work on
    a resolution for you.

    Unfortunately, no. We use a Shopify based system which does not allow us to amend orders. Please contact us to let us know of any changes you wish to make, and we will see what we can do. Please note we may not be able to accommodate your request.

    Unfortunately, we can only allow one promo code to be used at a time. If you received a free gift (ie Buy One Get One Free) you will need to return the “free” gift back, if you return the “bought” item.

    If you are missing an item from your order, please let us know asap and which item it is. We will do our best to check with the packaging person to see what went wrong and we will do our best to quickly resolve the issue.

    Yes. We use recycled packaging that can be recycled again. For the inner packaging, we use products that can be used to protect and store your jewellery.

    It is sent in nice packaging to avoid damage to your jewellery. We pride ourselves on presentation whilst being mindful to the planet. We try to use minimal packaging in all our shipments. All orders are wrapped the same.
