Delivery

All orders are posted out via Royal Mail, UK and despatched within 1 – 3 business days.

First Class 24hr Tracked UK Shipping: £5.00
(1-5 working days, tracked)

Europe: Tracked & signed: £12
(4-10 working days, does not include weekends)

International: Tracked & signed: £20
(3-15 working days, does not include weekends)

 If there is a Royal Mail strikes

We ask that you allow extra time for your orders to arrive. Once we hand over a parcel to Royal Mail, we no longer have a right to it, as it is no longer legally our property.

Missed a delivery?

The post person usually leaves a card to notify you if you have missed a delivery. We ensure your order can fit through the standard size letterbox, but if you order multiple pieces, we may have to post it in a larger box.

The parcel will be sent to your local post office, unless you personally notify Royal Mail to leave your order in a safe place, to which you take full responsibility for.

If you have ordered Next Day Delivery, then you will receive a card with details of how to re-arrange delivery. 

What should I do if my order has not arrived? 

Please email us hello@anastasiamoon.com if you have not received your order within 10 working days of the date on which you ordered.

Customs, Duties & Tax

As each country has their own regulations. International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination outside of the UK. These are payable by the customer, and we do not currently cover or reimburse this cost. This includes any import fees for orders sent with free shipping.

We recommend you check with your country's import regulations to see if there will be any additional costs before you receive your order.
